What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Express international shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while standard shipping can take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
How should I care for my Sommer Swim pieces?
To keep your swimwear in peak condition, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, do not tumble dry, and always dry in the shade to prevent color fading.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
